Granville Island Tour - A Day in the Life of a Chef from Beginning to End

Join us for a tour of Granville Island as we shop for the evening's menu while visiting the local vendors to buy ingredients for the evening's feast. You'll enjoy Mimosa and snacks on the way in as well as a brief discussion on the culinary arts.

Return to our kitchen and prepare the menu we designed during the drive back. After the busy day, you and a guest get to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Sit down while the staff finish and serve you your menu.

Set Sail

Embark on a tour of the North Shore on a sail boat while gourmet appetizers and wines are paired. We'll feature wines from the Neck of the Woods Vineyard.

Girls Night Out

In the comfort of your own home, you pick the guests while our Chef prepares a pre-designed menu made with your specific group in mind (and he cleans up all the mess too!)

This evening of fun features wine pairing, questions and answers while preparing a pre-set menu the guests will enjoy. You'll learn from the demo cooking styles and techniques as well as a feature on sauce and garnishes and the grande finish of a flambé dessert.

Couples Class

You and your partner will join this cooking class together to help each other through a culinary adventure. Individual attention to your specific level of culinary expertise will be attended to.

BBQ Season

This can be a staff event or with friends and family in the enjoyment of your own home. We'll cover:

• Cuts of meats and basic butchering
• Marinades
• Cooking techniques
• Whole cooking and smoking
• Desserts on the bbq
• Appies on the bbq
